Status Details Navigation
Guide
The Status Details feature allows users to monitor the status of their submitted entries, view Automated Broker Interface (ABI) messages, and perform various queries related to the entry. This feature provides a comprehensive overview of the entry's interaction with customs, making it easier to track its progress and resolve any issues.
- Select the Entry
- Navigate to the entry you want to review.
- Ensure the entry has been submitted and you have received notifications from customs.
- Click on the Status Detail Button
- In the entry details screen, locate and click the "Status Detail" button. This will open the Status Details window with multiple tabs.

- Purpose: Displays all ABI responses received for the selected entry.
- Details:
- Responses are listed from newest to oldest.
- Examples of responses include: "Entry summary has been added," "Cargo release information accepted," "PGA may proceed," and "Customs release."

This tab provides a chronological story of the entry's interaction with customs.
- Actions:
- Mail: Click the mail button to open a mail window, pre-populated with ABI information, to send via email.
- Copy: Copy the ABI response data to paste into an email or document.
- Purpose: Provides an overview of the entry’s progress and current status.
- Details:
- Includes information on ISF (if applicable), bill of lading details, cargo release, PGA status, DIS (Document Imaging System), and any statements from customs.
- Expand sections to view more detailed information on each item.

This tab offers a quick summary of the entry's journey through the customs process.
- Purpose: Allows brokers to run an Entry Summary query.
- Details:
- Available to users logged in as brokers with the necessary file code permissions.

Simply click "Run Query" to execute.
- Purpose: Enables users to query the cargo release status.

Similar to the Entry Summary query, click "Run Query" to execute.

- Purpose: Allows users to run a Bill of Lading query.
- Details:
- Query the status and details of the bill of lading associated with the entry.
- Printing: You can print the information displayed in any of the tabs for your records or further review.
- Query Execution: All query functions can be executed directly from their respective tabs, providing real-time updates on entry status when used in a live environment.
