From this menu, select Sub-customers. You will see a list of sub-customers onboarded for the customer, and there are some information areas for the sub-customer. There is the finance information column and “$” at the end of the column, as below.
This is where you can access/add /edit the finance information for the sub-customer.

You will see the status of some mandatory information as a part of finance information as “Incomplete” or “Completed,” as shown in the above screenshot. Once you bring the cursor on the column item “Incomplete” or “Completed” you will see a box with a list of pending mandatory items for setting up finance information as below.

If you want to set up finance information or complete the pending tasks, you can click on “Incomplete” and you would enter the finance information section. You can enter the same section if you click on the “$” sign for that sub-customer and the page will be the below image.
Here, you will see tabs to set up billing details, Master charges, and Billing Preferences.

Now, the first thing you need to set up is billing Details. In finance information, you directly land on billing details.
For now, the billing details include information related to the sub-customer and the banking details where their companies will send them the transaction money. See the images below when you click on “Add Billing Details.”

Once you click “Add Billing Details,” You will see the below form kind of thing to enter details. These are the details that will be printed on the invoice which the sub-customer would send to its companies.
- You need to enter your name. You can also enter from the button as from sub-customer main details input while onboarding.
- You need to enter your finance email address. This address will be the CC email address copied to the invoice email when a sub-customer sends the invoice to a company.
-
You need to input the Sub-customer address, which can also be pulled from the main details. The address will be printed on the invoice from the sub-customer to the company.
Once you add and save billing details your page of billing details will look like this. This will automatically pull the logo from the sub-customer's logo saved. This logo will be printed on the invoice which will be sent to company. You can edit the billing details anytime.

Now we come to the banking details setup. These banking details will be printed on the invoice to the company where the company would be sending money to the sub-customer. Once you click on bank setup you will see a modal form like below and once you fill and save the info your bank information will show like below screenshots.
